Shadi Khattab graduated from the Faculty of Mass Communication and received his bachelor's degree from Cairo University, Radio and Television Department. He worked in the production sector of the Egyptian Media Production City. He directed many short fiction films and advertisements, as well as working as an assistant director in the TV series Tales of El Madandash.
