An Egyptian poet and composer, born in 1947. He received a bachelor’s degree in commerce in 1969. He is a songwriter for many Arab and Egyptian singers and stars, including Lebanese singer Wael Jassar. He also composed several theatrical dramas like The Chess Revolution, in addition to being a member of the Writers' Union. He wrote the intro songs of the series Shams, and The Escape.
