He was born in 1943 in Muharraq, Bahrain. In the mid-sixties, during his school years, he participated in the theater club. The year 1972 witnessed his real beginning, as he participated in the play Moshakhas. His roles varied between plays and television series. His theatrical work includes: Bahloul and Nouran, I Want to Get Married, and Al-Maqasis Market. Among the most famous series in which he participated are Lulu Morjan (2013) and Stories of Tafash (2009-2010).
