He was sent to Canada, but he continued his artistic activity in the Arab countries, so he presented his works in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Syria. He won the Best Author Award, when he directed the play The Wolf in 1986 and the play City Limbs (1988).
