A researcher and cognitive thinker specializing in the study of religious thought. He was born in Karbala on August 28, 1959. He graduated from the College of Law and Politics, University of Baghdad in 1984. He completed his postgraduate studies in philosophy of legislation with a polemical thesis. He wrote about a hundred books, 19 of which were finished in Syria. He participated in several works, including Different Rhythm.
