Ashley Michelle Tisdale was born July 2, 1985. She is an American actress and singer who rose to fame portraying Sharpay Evans in the High School Musical film series. Her role required her to sing a few songs on the soundtrack, which later placed on the top 100 music billboard. After High School Musical, she signed with Warner Bros. Records and launched a solo music career. She also starred in the 2009 film Aliens in the Attic.
