Luketic’s mother is Italian while his father is Croatian. His interest in film goes back...Read more to when he was quite young. He won an award for “Best Film” at the ATOM Film Festival when he was only 15. Later on he studied at the Victorian College of Arts – School of Film and Television. Luketic’s feature film directing debut was in the film “Legally Blonde” (2001). The film was a massive hit at the box office and received two Golden Globe nominations. Following that initial success, Luketic’s following titles have met with mixed fortunes. Nonetheless, he has sustained a relatively high level of success thusfar.
