An Egyptian artist who was born in Maadi, Cairo on October 27, 1963. She was passionate about art from an early age, as she used to sing at parties and family events. She debuted her artistic career after she completed her studies at the University of Arts in Cairo. She participated in a radio session on the Youth and Sports Network, where she was presented to the composer Mohamed Sultan, who encouraged her to continue singing by composing her first song "Masafat". She performed in many national concerts and religious events in Egypt. Owing to musicians Baleegh Hamdy and Helmy Bakr, she gained fame outside Egypt as well. Her famous songs include ""El Solh Keer" and "Gawabat".
