While in California, he signed with a modeling agency there. He auditioned for a feature film, landed the role, and made his cinematic debut in the 2010 indie film Sedona's Rule. In 2009, he appeared on the program Trauma on NBC. He acted and appeared in numerous feature films, television shows, and national commercials. He is best known for Homicide Hunter: Lt. Joe Kenda, the 2010 movie My Name Is Khan. He married Ilona Marino and got two children from a previous marriage.
