Peter A. Dowling is a writer, director, and an animator. He was born in 1969 in Salford, United Kingdom. He began working in television drama in 1996. He has written many works such as Flightplan, Reasonable Doubt, and Black and Blue. He also directed the films Stag Night and Sacrifice.
