She is an American actress who was born on October 31, 1976 in in Dallas, Texas. After graduating from college, she moved to New York and got a role in the short film Single Spaced (1997), followed by Whiteboyz (1999). The role that put her under the spotlight was in the movie Coyote Ugly (2000). She's known for The Prestige (2006), Cheaper By the Dozen (2003), and Covert Affairs (2010-2014).
