A producer, director, and media producer, born in 1943 in Berkshire, England. He is best known for the 1997 film Fierce Creatures and the 1978 film Stars' War - The Flight of the Wild Geese, as well as being a film critic for the London Sunday Times for several years in the 1990s. He has presented many TV shows about cinema, most of which are long interviews with celebrities.
