He is an American actor born on January 2, 1968 in The Bronx, New York City. He studied Japanese martial arts for three years before turning to acting. He started to appear in some small roles during the late 80s and early 90s. He's known for A Few Good Men (1992), As Good as It Gets (1997) and Men of Honor (2000). He won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for Jerry Maguire (1996).
