An American actor who was born in 1949 in Chicago. He began his career in journalism, which he majored in at the University of Missouri. He moved to New York after graduating from college, and later pursued a career in acting. While in New York, Berenger worked in state theaters and eventually began his acting career. He is famous for his roles in :Training Day Training Day (2001), Inception (2010), Faster Faster (2010), Sniper: Ultimate Kill (2017), and American Dresser (2018).
