Egyptian former footballer and football coach. He joined Al Ahly football school in 1972 and trained there till he joined the main team in 1978-79. He played 124 games with Al Ahly and won 3 premier league games, 3 Egyptian Cup games, and 3 African Cup games. He retired in 1987 due to an injury, after which he pursued a career as a football coach. He appeared as himself in the films A Boy Child, Amen (1984), and Al Zamahlawaya (2008).
