An Egyptian actor from the first generation of Egyptian artists. He started his artistic life in 1890 as an actor of drama and tragedy. His artistic activity had been associated with many groups since the end of the last century, including the Iskandar Farah Troupe and the Sheikh...Read more Salama Hegazy Troupe. He joined the George Abyad Troupe in 1912 and separated from it a year later. He joined the Okasha Troupe in 1916 and represented the Aziz Eid United Troupe and with the Aisha Troupe in plays, including (The Red Village). He left the band in 1920 and worked as head of the Casino du Barbary band. He died on December, 1928.
