He is an Egyptian writer who began his artistic journey after graduating from the Film Institute in 2001 by writing some short stories, until he wrote his first movie, In Love (2005) with director Saad Hendawy, after which other films followed mostly starring Tamer Hosny, including Captain Hema (2008), and Omar & Salma (2007- 2012). He also wrote for television a number of series, including Dead Heart (2008), and Unworldly (2010) starring Sherif Mounir.

He is an Egyptian writer and director who had his directorial debut through the movie, State of Love (2005). He collaborated with Tamer Hosni, writing all of Hosni's movies except, Sentimental Said. He wrote the series, Dead Heart, and the series, Unworldly starring Sherif Monir.
