He was a writer who was born in 1922 and received a master's degree in French literature from the Sorbonne University and a master's degree in law and economics from the University of Paris. He worked as a lawyer for a period of his life, then he worked in education and retired as a consultant in the French language in the Egyptian Ministry of Education. He also practiced radio writing since 1940 and wrote several short stories in magazines. He is known for the movie, The Cold Top (1978).
