An American author and director, born in Norfolk, on January 22, 1955. He attended High School in Wake Forest, North Carolina. John received two Emmy Awards, the first for As the World Turns, and the second was for Santa Barbara in 1984. His most famous works are: The NeverEnding Story II: The Next Chapter in 1990, NYPD Blue in 1994, and Dawson's Creek from 1998-2001, and The Flash from 2014-2021.
