An American actor, born on November 1, 1986, in Baltimore. He lived his childhood between Virginia and Washington. In Seattle, Penn joined Seattle Children's Theatre and voice acted in some children's radio works as well. When he discovered his love for acting, he went on a summer vacation to Hollywood, where he met a business manager and got his first chance in the TV series Will & Grace. His credits include Margin Call and Easy; however, he gained great popularity after starring in the TV series You.
