An American screenwriter, born in the Philippines to a father who worked as a US Army officer. She grew up in Bergen County, New Jersey. She graduated from Indian Hills High School in her hometown of Oakland, New Jersey, before joining James Madison University in Virginia. Her works include She’s the Man (2006) and The House Bunny (2008).
