An Egyptian writer and journalist, born on November 11, 1940, in the city of Desouq. He was the managing editor of the Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram before his death. He also supervised the famous Friday mail door, which received thousands of letters per month from 1982 until the moment of his death. He was nicknamed the owner of the merciful pen, as he was personally and through his office helped people solve their problems. He edited the Friday Post Gate for nearly a quarter of a century. Among his works: Love in Parentheses, Sarah Dreams and Dream Hunter.
