American director and producer born on 28 March 1969 in Miami Beach, Florida. He studied at Miami Beach High School and then attended New York University. He began his career by directing music videos, after which he made his feature directorial debut with Money Talks (1997). His works include Red Dragon (2002), Rush Hour (1998), Hercules (2014), and X-Men: The Last Stand (2006).
