An Egyptian art director, born in Shubra, Cairo in 1939. In 1958, he joined the open studies division at the Leonardo da Vinci Institute of Fine Arts in Cairo, he also obtained a BA in applied arts in 1963. Immediately after graduating, he joined the theatrical television groups, where he worked at El Hakim Theater upon its founding in 1963, where he participated in many plays, such as The Buffet (1967), and A King Looking for a Job (1972). He also participated in designing the scenography for a number of performances by the Performing Arts Troupe, the most important of which are: One Night from a Thousand Nights (1976), and Our Country Egypt (1978). He passed away in 2011.
