An American actor, born on April 10, 1988 in Los Angeles. His breakthrough role was in the movie Forrest Gump, after which he played a main role in the 1994 series Thunder Alley, then in the movies Bogus, and The Sixth Sense. Among his most notable films: Pay It Forward, and A.I. Artificial Intelligence.


Haley Joel Osment is an American actor best known for his Oscar-nominated performance in "The Sixth Sense" (1999). Osment started working at age four in commercials, making his way into film in the 1990s with a small role in "Forrest Gump "playing Tom Hanks' young son. "The Sixth Sense" skyrocketed his career, making him a household name in an iconic movie. His subsequent film appearances include "Pay It Forward" (2000) with Helen Hunt, Spielberg's "Artificial Intelligence" (2001), in a performance that earned him rave reviews, and "Secondhand Lions" (2003). He made his Broadway debut in 2008 with David Mamet's play, American Buffalo. Osment also voices the role of Sora and Vanitas in the "Kingdom Hearts" video games.
