Irish-American actress born Maureen FitzSimons on 17 August 1920 in Ranelagh, Dublin, Ireland. Her most notable works include Miracle on 34th Street (1947), The Quiet Man (1952), The Parent Trap (1951), and Bagdad (1949). She died of geriatric diseases on 25 October 2015 in Boise, Idaho, US.
