He is a French actor, director, and producer, born on November 25, 1947 in Paris, France. He is the son of film composer, Sol Kaplan and actress, Frances Heflin. He is known for White Line Fever, The Accused, Love Field, and ER for which he was nominated for 5 Emmy Awards.
