Syrian writer born in Syria and currently residing in the Netherlands. She studied Arabic at the University of Damascus, from which she also earned her PhD in literary Criticism in 2012. She published two books in literary criticism in 2011 and 2013 and has published several articles in Arabic periodicals. She wrote the TV series Paper Market (2011).
