An American designer and director, born in Ohio in 1959. He studied at Ohio University, and after graduation, he returned to the university again to obtain a master's degree in 1989, studying at the Computer Graphics Research Group, then he headed to Los Angeles, where he has worked in the fields of animation and visual effects. Among his most prominent works are: Horton Hears a Who! (2008), Ice Age: Continental Drift (2012), and The Peanuts Movie (2015).
