Brian Elsley is a British TV writer and producer, born on May 17, 1961 in Dalkeith, Scotland, United Kingdom. He studied English and History at York University. He is famous for the series The Young Person's Guide to Becoming a Rock Star (1989), The Crow Road (1996), and Skins (2007- 2013).
