The American screenwriter Jon Spaihts was born in New York, to an electronics engineer father and a computer programmer mother. He wrote the movies The Darkest Hour, and Passengers (2016), in addition to co-writing the movies Prometheus (2012), and Doctor Strange (2016).

Jon Spaihts, American script writer, was born in New York, to an electronics engineer father and a computer programmer mother. Spaihts graduated from Princeton University and wrote several books. He lived and worked in Venice, California. Spaihts worked with Hollywood's biggest stars and that is because of his success in the field.
