An actor, born on December 8, 1976 in Berlin, Germany, to British parents. When he was 11, his family moved from Germany to England. He joined Aquinas College, where he studied English literature and drama. He made his debut in the English series Hetty Wainthropp Investigates in 1996, then participated in the Lord of the Rings epic film trilogy, which opened the door for him to participate in the hit series Lost (2004-2010). He also participated in the movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009).
