Abdalla El Seif is a Kuwaiti actor. He studied acting at the High Institute of Theatrical Arts, and started his professional career on stage, and is still mainly a theater actor. However, he appeared in several television series, including “Rihanna”, “Qabel Lel Kasr” (Fragile), and “Lil Hob Junoon” (To Love its Madness).
