Iranian actress born on 10 July 1983 in Tehran, Iran to actor and director Behzad Farahani. At age five, she studied music and piano and later entered a music school in Tehran. She made her debut in The Pear Tree (1998), for which she won the Crystal Roc for Best Actress at the Fajr International Film Festival in Tehran. Her works include Paterson (2016), About Elly (2009), Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017), and Body of Lies (2008).
