An American actress, was born on February 13, 1979 in Rhode Island. Her mother worked as a nurse in a hospital, while her father was a psychiatrist. Suvari is the only girl among her three brothers. She was always trying to break into the cinematic milieu, and indeed she was able to do so by participating in 4 TV series in 1996. She participated in her first cinematic work in 1997 in the movie Nowhere and that was the same year that Suvari finished high school. She participated in the movie Snide and Prejudice, Kiss the Girls, and then two series in her graduation year. The year 1999 is considered one of the best years for Suvari, as she participated in about four television films, including the movie American Pie, and her distinguished role in the movie American Beauty, the film that won 5 Oscars. In 2001, the American Pie production team took advantage of the movie's success, and made the second part of it. After that, Suvari took four jobs at once in 2005.
