An actor, director and writer, born in Wilmington, Delaware, USA in 1980. West studied visual arts. He gained great fame directing horror films, including The House of the Devil (2009), Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever (2009), The Innkeepers (2011), and The Sacrament (2013). He also acted in some films, including You're Next (2011), and Drinking Buddies (2013).
