A French actor, director and screenwriter. He was born on July 5, 1972 in Caen, northern France, to a father of Algerian-Jewish origin and a mother of Irish Catholic origin. He was married to French actress Melanie Dottie from 2002 until their separation in 2013. His acting debut was in the 1995 short film Ah les femmes. His acting credits include: Tell No One and Love Me If You Dare. He directed the films Narco and Sink or Swim.
