Stanley Kubrick was an American director, producer and writer, born on July 26, 1928 in New York City, USA. His writing and directorial career began in Flying Padre (1951). His notable works include 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968), A Clockwork Orange (1971), Barry Lyndon (1975), and Full Metal Jacket (1987). He died on March 7, 1999 in England, UK.
