A French actor, born January 20, 1978, was born in Trappes. Omar became famous after the French series Omar et Fred, which he starred in with actor Fred Tiesto, but his international fame came after he appeared in the highly acclaimed movie The Intouchables (2011), and through this he won several awards, including the Cesar Award, becoming the first black actor to win that award, after which Omar Sy was cast as Bishop in the popular Sci-Fi action movie X-Men: Days of Future Past.
