An American writer and producer, born in Manhattan, New York, United States. He attended Townsend Harris High School. His works include 12 Angry Men (1957), Studio One (1948), and The Defenders (1961). He died on April 19, 2002, in Connecticut, USA, due to complications of heart failure, at the age of 82 years.
