A Luxembourger director, screenwriter, and actress, born on 15 July 1959, in Luxembourg. She is known for The Innocents (2016), Coco Before Chanel (2009), and Reinventing Marvin (2017). She married producer Philippe Carcassonne, and they have one child. Anne is the sister of actor Jean-Chrétien Sibertin-Blanc.
