A Canadian actor, born in Toronto, Canada on May 8, 1981. He decided to pursue an acting career when he was in his teens. He made his debut in the series Queer as Folk. He had small roles in Degrassi: The Next Generation, 1-800-Missing, and Tilt. His first major role was in in the famous series The Vampire Diaries, which gave him the opportunity to appear in several series, such as Hung and Private Practice. Thereafter, he became the superhero Green Arrow in the series Arrow.
