Author and screenwriter Nihad Jaber was born in 1936. She studied at Cairo University, but she traveled to Saudi Arabia and worked there as a lecturer at King Abdulaziz University. She returned to become one of the brilliant writers in the journalistic field, and took on the management of the editorial department of Sabah El Khair magazine. She wrote plays such as On the Sidewalk, and Adela .
