Khalil AbdelKadir is an Iraqi artist. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts (1968-1969) and born in 1943, Baghdad- Karrada. He was known as "Tarra", due to his role in the play Al- Bastouka. His notable theatrical work include Dreams of Birds and July Rings the Bell.
