Yassin Latif is an Iraqi actor, born in the city of Babylon, was a member of the National Acting Troupe and excelled in many theatrical, comedy and drama works. In 1970, at the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad, he starred in a theatrical performance called Yeba the Resident of the Hill by the Norwegian writer Ludwig Holberg and directed by the late Abdullah Kamal El Din. He appeared in the play The Basement (1993) on Al-Mansour Theater, which was written and directed by Abdul Amir Shamkhi, and then participated in the second part of the play The Outskirts of the City, which was also written and directed by Abdul Amir Shamkhi. He appeared in many series: Hot Deal (2000) and The Palm and the Neighbors (2008). He passed away in Babylon in 2020.
