An American actress, born on September 23, 1967 in Los Angeles, California, United States to the British actress Samantha Egger and American producer Tom Stern. Her brother Nicholas Stern is a film producer. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1990 and joined the Graduate Acting Program at New York University to obtain a Master of Fine Arts in 1993. Her films include 16 Blocks (2006), Hitch (2005), and Wonder Wheel (2017).
