An American Actress, born in New York City, on November 2, 1892. She won an Academy Award in 1938 for In Old Chicago (1937), and was awarded a star on the Walk of Fame in 1960. She is the daughter of the famous Broadway producer William A. Brady, who also participated in the film industry and was the president of the International Film Corporation. Alice was interested since her childhood in cinema, and after several performances in the theater, she was discovered by film producers in New York. Her films include The Gay Divorcee (1934), Three Smart Girls (1936), and One Hundred Men and a Girl (1937).
