He is a Filipino actor, born in Manila, Philippines. His parents are Mark Gil and Bing Pimentel, and he is the brother of actress Max Eigenmann and half-brother of actor Gabby Eigenmann. Mark Gil's character in Batch '81 (1982) inspired his screen name. He is known for The Inmate (2007) and Donsol (2006). He is married to actress Annicka Dolonius.
