An American actor, born on March 12, 1961 in New Haven, Connecticut. His father, Neil Welliver, was a well-known landscape painter, and his mother, Norma Cripps, was a fashion illustrator, and he had three sisters. Titus grew up in Philadelphia and New York City, surrounded by poets and painters. He originally wanted to become a painter like his father, but then turned to acting. He is best known for his roles in the movies Navy Seals (1990), Gone Baby Gone (2007), The Town (2010), Argo (2012), and Live by Night (2016).
