A Ukrainian actress, born in Odesa, Ukraine. She later moved to New York, United States after she got married. Then she followed her husband to Chicago, where she fulfilled her childhood dream and trained in acting after she joined the Goodman School of Drama in Chicago. She made her first film appearance in the 1985 horror movie The Oracle. Her credits include 12 Monkeys, Thinner, and Trees Lounge. She died on January 9, 2007.
